Day 4

I just woke up about an hour and a half ago, so not much to update.

Last night I drank the SWF and it worked quickly, but it also had me going to the bathroom for HOURS I drank it around 10:30, and at 1am I was still going to the bathroom. I had to make a 2am run to Walgreen's to get some Preparation H wipes because my bum was just so sore from all the wiping! I noticed around 3am my poo was not solid, but not liquid either, but it wasn't anything cool like those huge things of build up plaque that you see in some pictures.

I went to sleep around 4am, and slept pretty solid until noon. I has some weird dreams. Again with the food, but I didn't dream that I ate any of it this time. I feel okay today. Not full of energy yet, but not worn out like I was yesterday. No headache.

Noting else to report right now, but I'm sure I'll update again tonight.
